It shows a picture of a group of men who belong to FLNC which is a nationalist group who's I believe main goal is an independent Corsica. There were 9 of these individuals in the picture with hoods pulled over their faces and with numerous weapons from pistol to rifles, a machine gun and what looked to be laws type weapons and I guess the gist of the message they put out was to put radical Islamists on notice that if something happens in Corsica, in addition to the French police, they will have to deal with the FLNC.
