It's probably a group dance setup where couples follow A&G's demonstrations and instruction. This combined with a few stories, and maybe a brief Q&A, would probably constitute the 2 hours.
I attend items like this (for a different purpose) from time to time. It is a common method for nationally renowned "experts" in various performance fields to make some money while at the same time getting out to mix with the fans a bit.
By the way, you probably don't have to be a couple. That would be too limiting. It is probably open to all - whether or not you wish to try the moves.
