The reason being is this: She could be saying "qu'on dit" in the line "candide elle croit, tout ce qu'Andy." However, in the next line, "qu'Andy dit d'elle," it must be "qu'Andy" unless Alizée is stuttering when she says "qu'on di-dit d'elle," which I think to be improbable.
