Black and white are the Corsican colors. The emblem in the middle (the guy with the headband) is the blazon from the Corsican flag. Around the outside it says "Made in Corsica" in English, and then in Corsican (using the term "red island" which I imagine is a local nickname). Blanco & Neru is Corsican for Black and White :-P

The background shape, the spiky trianagle with an arm on top: that would be a representation of the shape of the island, which is an inverted triangle with a penninsula.
