It has its own built-in VOIP, woohoo, called the ShoePhone. When you join the chat, the software should automatically prompt you to connect with ShoePhone. Technically you
can use Skype to call in instead, but you'll have to call the phone number as opposed to just Skyping in directly, which will cost money...so I'd recommend just using the ShoePhone.
