this isnt for exporting video, it is for making the subtitles in a format that can be merged with video later.
But if you want to convert videos to flash / swf the best (free way) is to use
RIVA
I use a program called Sorenson to do the videos on this website, but it is pretty expensive. RIVA does a really good job though, it just doesnt make the file sizes as small.
