America's got a lot worse when it comes to 'tramps' and even though I agree with you on the fact that Jenifer Bartoli isn't the sharpest tool in the shed , I doubt that she deserves to be insulted that way.
Jenifer probably wasn't creative enough to come up with ideas on her own for a new album, so she must have got the inspiration from Alizée... end of the story. Whether you wanna call it stealing or not is up to you, but if I were Alizée, I wouldn't feel jealous, but angry.
