I have no idea at this point, but I would tend to doubt it will be televised.

EDIT: I tried searching Youtube for "Festival de Television Monte Carlo" for fan videos from fans who attended or from people who copied the tv shows and there seems to be nothing out there except for coverage of stars who are showing up for it, so again I'd have to "think" there will be no tv coverage.
