I can understand the concern about sending cash to an individual stranger, but the plan would be to send the money directly to the shop to purchase a gift certificate. The shop is called "Chonchon" and it is in Ajaccio, and was recommended by a friend of Alizée's family. They sell gifts for babies and children. You can look them up on Instagram:

I believe this would be the best way to assure that Alizée receives the gift, plus it is more personal than a money order.
