That was true but it did change for some of her material. Back in 2018, during the dance studio's first Gala show in Ajaccio, one of the songs they had their students dance to was a Mylène Farmer song. At the end of the show, they showed a message that was sent by MF to the students congratulating them. If there were any differences between the two up to that point, it seemed to be over here.
It is soon after this that I'm quite sure the rights for her songs got turned over to Alizée. That is when Alizée formed her Moi-Alizée channel. Now of course she only has the rights to the songs and the official videos and en concert. That is why you see so many videos of her that have the "suggested by Moi Alizée" tag on them. They've probably been monetized by Alizée and Believe music.
One thing she doesn't own rights to is the TV shows such as J'en ai marre pour Laurette and Moi Lolita Amsterdam videos, but I'm sure MF and Alizée still get a small piece of that pie too.
