While logos and specific visual appearances can be trademarked, someone's legal name cannot, in a way that denies the person to use the name. Such a claim would never stand up in court.
As I said, if RP doesn't want to release the logo, she'll have to have a new one, but she was
born Alizée and, in one form or another, will always have the right to use her own name.
