TuneCore helps musicians get their music distributed through outlets such as iTunes. That's about all I know of it.

I wonder if someone submitted Alizée's music to them, claiming it to be their own, and TuneCore failed to determine the rightful copyright holders. If Alizée or her team submitted it, then I would expect the album artwork to have her picture on it, even if they decided to change the name. Yes, it is all very suspicious.
