Yes, town hall in Ajaccio, and the chapel is in the small town of Villanova, a little north of Ajaccio. It's an old town, very small, and on a hill. I think the only road is the one that passes through, so you have to walk a bit to get to the chapel. I think the photo is from within the town.
Then the reception was on the coast just north of the town. The magazine names an inn, but I don't think that's where it was.
