The first one is just a high res version of an enlarged low q (compressed) photo, so you don't have alot of quality in that one.
Look at the "box formations" of pixels, you can see it's been compressed before.

The second one is HQ indeed, look how clearly you can see the bouncers in the reflection of her eyes. You can almost make out the photographer himself (or herslef for that matter).
