And her later years have been marred by tragedy.
Her husband Michel Berger ( Alizee was also a fan of him and performed "La Déclaration" in 2012 at the Michel Berger Hommage concert)
died On 2 August 1992, a few weeks after the release of his first album of duets with France Gall, he suffered a fatal heart attack after a tennis match. Their daughter Pauline died of cystic fibrosis at the age of 19 in 1997.
