I think of her sneaker choice as very intelligent and it shoes she is not obsessed all the time with looking like she is posing for a fashion magazine photo shoot. I am glad she is willing to look like a real person--still lovely, but also sensible. It is one of the things I admire about her. I don't object to fancy/nice shoes in the right setting, but silly-wrong shoes just looks, well, silly! I remember seeing a photo of Katie Holmes, when she was married to Tom Cruise, on the beach in high heels. She looked ridiculous.
