There is a very crucial notification in Spanish while voting:
Para que tu voto sea valido debes votar todas las categorias meaning
You have to vote in all categories in order for your vote to be validated otherwise your vote will not be counted. So don't give up voting after voting for Alizee in the 1st category, go on filling whole 21 categories.
By the way my preferences were Juanes and Madonna where Alizee was not available =)
