Psychédélice by Christian Decamps?
I was searching the Musea Records web site for French Neo-Prog music when I happened upon this quite by accident. It's an album released in 2008 by Christian Decamps called "Psychédélice". Did he come up with this name independently at the same as Team Alizée? I thought it was interesting...
