She is Natalia Millan and that's from an episode of Un Paso Adelante a famous TV show in Spain from 2002 to 2005. Its all about a group of young people learning how to dance and act. The woman who dances is one of their teachers. This show became very popular in France and Italy too.

I think many people in my country met Alizee thanks to that moment.
