I have songs in almost every language.

Finnish, Swedish, Norwegian, Romanian, Korean, Japanese, Cantonese, Mandarin, Vietnamese (although this can get annoying ), Indonesian, Spanish, English, Russian, songs in most Indian dialects, aborigine, etc.

Since lyrical content is not what I look for in music, it allows me to open up fairly quickly.
I am however critical when it comes to sound and melody.

Maybe because of that we aren't used to foreign languages. They are something different, new to us, especially when we don't understand them at all.
I like French, Spanish, Swedish, Russian and Japanese are also good (I listen to them rarely), but not German.
English songs (foreign for me) already lost their magic I think due to the fact that I understand them almost fully when I hear them
@Barret
Try Polish also, they aren't the same as Russian (people often consider Polish as Russian, just like it's with Spanish and Portuguese)

True, but bad lyrics can make a song harder to endure. If the lyrics are in another language, that is an advantage as i cannot understand them. Therefore, if they're bad i wouldn't know.

She's been better at the Japanese market than in the Korean market, which is why she's been bursting out Japanese albums.
She's entering US market now though, which is why she has English albums out.

SM Town rocks.

I love music from all over the world. Spanish, French, German, Russian, Indian,Chinese, middle eastern i love them all. Although none of my friends seem to, they need some cultural exposure.
