Alizee store

Somebody I know wants to buy a scarf and 2 t shirts from the Alizee store but when they click on terms of use to find out how much the shipping is, it fails to connect with anything, then when I go to check out, It sends me to a paypal page that in French is saying there's some type of error. Has anyone in here ordered stuff from this store?

ed2010 had similar problem and later found out that changing the internet browser from Safari to chrome solved the problem.
