A Contre Courant...doh
Ok...I had read somewhere in these forums that A Contre Courant was the favorite of one the members here. So last night on the way home I started listening to it, and I am stuck on it now.
Keep in mind, I have only had the Mes Courants Electriques for a few weeks, and I started listeneing to J'en ai marre and J'ai pas vingt ans. Then I started listening to Toc de Mac and L'e-mail a des ailes. Last weekend it was Moi...Lolita, and now it's A Contre Courant...doh. Is this going to keep happening everytime I start listening to a new song over and over? You guys are getting me into Alizee overload! Thanks... |

Oh your screwd now, dude!! Those songs are gonna stick in your head - LiLi 24/7!
La Isla Bonita got me first, then Parler Tout Pas, ML, and ACC. IMO, i think A Contre Courant is her best song...though it never really hit the heights of Moi Lolita....

your no different from the rest of us lol . You can never overload on Alizée anyway . As far as getting stuck on songs, I have that problem too. It was C'est trop tard a few week's ago, but I just got Ma Prière on mp3 a few day's ago (I know I should have had it forever ago) and I have been listening to it quite a bit.

lohssanami,
I completely understand, and completely agree. All of her songs are catchy, and infectiously happy. If you're ever down, one minute of Alizée is all you need. As for listening to songs, I just got my drivers license and I've been blasting Alizée everywhere I drive, 'tis magnificent. The problem with having a favorite Alizée song is that there isn't one that's head and shoulders above the rest - they're all head and shoulders above all other music. You'll come to realize that if you listen to any of her songs 3 or 4 times in a row, it will become your favorite, and therefore your favorite will switch around often.

Indeed with the weird things I see as a medical student, I will need Alizée and Mylène now more than ever to help me keep perspective and focus

So very true. I'm still personally amazed at this "Lili Effect" myself. I mean this music is nothing at all like the music I used to love (I know others here are the same way) but yet I'm obsessed with all of these songs and love them all equally, I could play it non-stop and never get tired of it. (Heck I practically do anyway) |
