Air Force and they're jacked up methods...
Ugh, Sometimes the Air Force has such stupid rules and guidelines. They expect me to write sentences without using propositions and they still have to make sense. The EPR systems is such a joke...
I'm getting too frustrated so I guess that means it's gym time...

Air Force? English? Grammar? Prepositions?

Yeah, it's for the enlistment reporting evaluation system. A sort of "report card" for all enlisted that explains how well they performed in the past year. High scores helps go up in rank. The problem is, the US Air Force has specific guidelines for each bullet. We can't use prepositions and it can be pain to have a statement makes sense when you can't use terms like "the, a, by, for, from, and/or" etc....

Hun, you have no idea... I'd love to paint everyone I clearer picture but it would probably take a few paragraphs of explaining. Hell we even have to use more elaborate words to fluff up the report. I couldn't use "earned" in a bullet (statement), they wanted me to use "facilitated". Each bullet is also supposed to take up the entire line but not be more than 1 line. Fortunately this is just a class that teaches how to write this crap. I don't think most squadrons strictly adhere to these guidelines.

They have to give them something to do I suppose. You would think they would start with all the simple spelling and pronunciation mistakes first though.

They expect those to be fixed before it gets sent up for staff to finalize it.

Paperwork, boring. Not sure which is more sad, this topic or replying to it.
