The answer is yes. It's well-known (maybe the most) photo from her holidays at Seychelle Islands in January 2003. Just papparazzi shot, they are always following stars, especially at holidays. I don't think it was posed or something, she was just enjoying her time. And no cause to be shocked, as I know at beach most women wear bikini
