The "A" reminds me of a treble clef sign. Neat, but I just feel like it's missing something.

It's a deliberately minimalist design. The intent was for a clean, simple and straight-to-the-point graphic.

I can see it on t-shirts for sure, maybe even mousepads, mugs, caps.

Cap, did you design that A yourself? If so, kudos, it looks really great!

My recommendation would be to make the shirt itself black, for multiple reasons.

Also, could it be time to rebrand Alizée America? If that A is of your design, I think it just may work. Black + purple would look great, and we could finally have an actual logo!

Yeah, the design is mine, so I'm not at risk of any copyright issues since I'm not using Alizée's trademarked "new" A-logo. Purple-on-black would look good, as would red-on-black ... but classic white also has it's charms.

Yes, I'm aware of other t-shirt efforts. In fact, I've been part of a few of their graphic designs, from time to time in the past. I'd just really like to put an original design out there (or, more to the point, out here) for folks to wear. I'm thinking about using Printfection, since Cafepress pricing seems a bit steep.

I'm not worried about the whole URL issue - there are quite a few URLs that get us here to the site, but I have a feeling that alizeeamerica.com will be the one to finally win out as the primary address, since it IS the branded name of the site.
