2004 enconcert tour song selection
What kind of thought went into the decision making for the now famouse Alizee 2004 Concert Tour?
Why were the song the song Veni Vedi Vici not selected, and the song mon maquis was. I like VVV better than MM although both are great songs. I know alot of thought goes into this process. Mz

I would think one thing that would have been a factor is that maybe the songs they did select for the concert sounded better when sung live than the ones that weren't chosen.
Plus you have the factor that Mon maquis was considered a rap style of song so they may have wanted to include this one to appeal to a wider range of fans. I didn't really like the song that much, but I thought she looked incredible bathed in that red light and I loved the way she danced across the floor. Mon Maquis makes me feel as if I am in Egypt, dont know why, does anyone else get this feeling?
VVV (which is bout Italy - Caesar) makes you feel as if your in Italy. the two almost should have both been in the tour.

The "only" ones that I'm aware of that are "original" (read authentic here; like in "official") are the French (Universal France 981 703-0 / issued 2004) and the German International (Catalog Number 982 576-0; issued 2004); well, there is that Mexican (Polydor 6790126 / issued 2007) one as well, which is really the DVD plus a CD in one jewel case package < http://www.rateyourmusic.com/release..._en_concert_f1 I'd much rather recommend anyone interested in purchasing a copy to go ahead and get a copy of the "original" if at all possible; besides, much better video and audio.
