This is awesome... it is not only a copy machine but you can also design 3D objects and print them into life.

I saw something like this at a technology show in Chicago called IMTS. It wasn't a copier, and way more primitive. It used hundreds of sheets of plastic layered on top of each other. They were printing out all sorts of random shapes and objects. I was going to get one of the samples, but some jerk cut in front of me and took it.

By the way, if you ever get a chance to go to IMTS, take it. It is incredible to see some of the things they have there. The year I went there, they even had Battle Bots you could mess around with. (Plus, you walk away with literally a ton of free crap.)

I've been to IMTS 3 times. It truly is an incredible show and there is a lot to see.

yeah I heard about the IMTS technology shows... I'll have to go to one one of these days... I will be in Chicago next year actually... so I'll probably go by.

Imagine it? Heck! it can be done!!!! except not like in the movie "The 5Th Element" where she is living and breathing... but, still, you can make a life-size lilly statue!!!! By the way... these printers are already getting commercialized for offices.... and they are also developing printes that print life-size houses now!... as in homes that you can live in!!!! before you know it construction workers will just print your dream house on your lot... apparently it takes only a matter of three days or so according to the article I read.... that is soooo kicka$$! Imagine how far the prices of housing will go down from inflation!... pretty soon everyone can afford a 5 bedroom house lol!... However the price of the lot space will probably be increased to make up for it because space availability will definitely go down!...

Who wouldn't love to have a life-size model of this?
