What song order is your Alizée Playlist in?
What song order is your Alizée playlist in?
I have had mine the same for about 4 months and I am about to introduce some more songs from her recent performances and from prior Les Enfoirés performances... I am also going to change up the list... right now I have a pretty high song count about to reach 400 on the top 10 songs and about 300 for the next 10... the last songs are at around 230 ... mainly because my ipod does not always make it to the end of the playlist in the same day as I typically use it when I commute... so I f I don't travel much that day, my playlist only goes so far. The ipod then goes on the charger and the next day I start over. Anyway, My Lily Playlist goes like this: J'en ai marre Mon Taxi Driver La Javanaise (Monaco 2008 Version) Moi... This reminds me, I also have playlists set up for the type of moods that I am in!.. I have one for "Mad," "Happy," and "Sad" .. and when I am feeling indifferent then I can just play anything .. I typically play Alizée all day anyway... Although in the next week I am going to be playing a bit more Christmas music... ... and rinse and repeat is right!

I think it would be kind of deceiving to post just a straight list of songs, because there is a core group of songs that I want to listen to on a regular basis. These are the songs that after almost 5 years now of listening to her music, I never get tired of. Well actually there are times when I could use a change from these songs, but I've come to realize the only songs that could take their place are more songs by Alizee, but not just any Alizee song will do. They have to have the magic that the core group had and I think the biggest factor in the group, besides Alizee, was the music of Laurent Boutanant. He wrote some great music and it was a perfect fit for her voice. The only song that has come close to that in my opinion was the song Par les Paupieres. As far as the core group, the order has changed over the years on several occassions. Right now the top song has to be Coeur deja pris. Very beautiful song. It didn't get the publicity that ML and JAM and so many of her other songs got, but I think it is one of her best.
