Alizée does not, in my opinion, need to have a virtual orgy with the audience. It's enough for her to share her love, her spirit, and herself. You're right. That's was not a critic of her " new" behavior. Just a report on the gap she still have to fill, between the way she is seen and the way she want to appears.
(But, it was also the expression of my bafflement, on this unique journey in show buziness ; from hyper-sexed stuff to childishness ....
