Hey I eat 1 meal a day...that keeps me going.

Day 6 now: Im starting develp a pain in my rib cage when I lean to the left but hey Ive made it this far I can keep going.

Learned doing sit ups is extremely painful, forced to eat 1 burger at a BBQ . Refused dessert though and they shoved it in my face hoping my mouth would absorb some of it and eat it but it didnt...so I had to wash my face after that.

Laughing still hurts a lot, along with several other positions.
