Is this Alizee?

Hi everbody (new here obviously), I just discovered Alizee just last week and now I'm trying to learn everything about her. I find everything perfect about her. She is so captivating! Anyway, I've been watching lately and stumbled across this Citibank commercial 2 weeks ago, before I discovered Alizee. I saw the commercial again today and the girl in the commercial looks a like Alizee very much! Can anybody prove or disprove that its her? If it is, talk about serendipity for me!
