When you say Italian, I guess you mean you're of Italian ancestry, living in the U.S. maybe? I think we only have one active member who actually lives in Italy. ( You don't have to mention where if you rather not.)
I see her post happy birthday tweets all the time and didn't realize she was responding to fan's tweets. I always thought they were freinds or associates, though that would make for quite a few, which in her case would be very understadable.
