As far as using sharpening filters, I used an unsharpening filter to smooth her skin and the part that looks sharp is the part my mask missed. I can fix this. I'll admit it's not perfect, but I don't think it's that bad.

Well, if you compare yourself them, you will notice that they are not like in the original. Like said, it's combination of too much sharpening and filtering. Or if you copy pasted the teeth from original, the selection edge is too sharp which will cause the same effect anyways.
I wasn't talking about that one tooth on her lip. But the other effects on lips, skin and teeth.
