Really??? Cause I'm (oww hope I dont get banned for this..) from the netherlands and the overal oppinion here is that germans speak really bad english. They have a very awful accent a lot of times that is so strong you dont know if they are speaking english or german

(ofcours this doesnt go for all germans, Im shure a lot of them speak english very wel..I geuss they just managed to avoid me I think :P )
