If you want my opinion (I know, I know, you don't), the reason that the Fifty Sixty article is still really bad and has not citations is because Fifty Sixty is not yet notable enough to be its own article. This doesn't mean it's not notable in general, it just doesn't meet what Wikipedia guidelines state to be reason for something to have an article.
