No, I've never heard of him. Generally, I don't listen to propagandist media. I like America for other reasons . Give my regards to him anyway.

I would think it has something to do with the video where she's lying in bed in her pjs, probably barefoot though I'm not sure if it ever shows her feet, while she's in bed and once she's out in the field, with all those middle linebackers, dressed as living dolls, she is wearing slippers or something.

So I think having her wearing something like nikes or talons aiguilles or any other type of shoe would take away from the image the performance was trying to convey.
