Plenty. For starters, they have terrible customer support.

And I'm typing on an Inspiron.

I wouldn't know about customer support I never had a problem with my Dell. I work off a Dell and they are pretty fast.

Meep, I've got hardly any Alizee merchandise. Not many posters decorate my room, either. I've got 1 CD of hers, a 5 year old computer that still runs fast, a little dinged up TV, a huge bookshelf, a bunk bed/futon, and a little closet. Not much else. XD

I can do some J# programming, and know every lyric to "I was Born to Love You" by Queen.

I have a second one I keep sealed inside the other digipack Psychédélices I have. One to keep pristine, the other to be used for maximum enjoyment.

But my house is a mess. Perhaps when I clean my room I will give you a snapshot into my life. Of course... I've made these promises of pictures of me and my stuff before >.>

I've used dozens Dells at work and at home for many years. They're "optimal" machines ... that is, they're affordable and competent for the broadest number and type of typical apps. Dells are the definition of a "C"-grade box. If you clean out the junk they come with and spend a few weeks tweaking and tuning, you can get to a "B", but without lots of expensive hardware upgrades, a Dell will never be an "A" computer.

Of course, "A" machines are out of my price range and have many capabilities I've never needed, like good gaming performance, ultra-fast I/O and storage, and very big, very fast displays. I've made a solid 22 year computer-related career working with "B" grade PCs, so I can't complain too much about Dells.

Their tech support has been all over the place, though. Corporate tech support has been pretty good ... of course, Dell corporate support is almost exclusively done in North America. Consumer level support is still farmed out to "Joe" in Bangalore, who tells you he's from "Chi-KA-go" before he messes up on your problem ticket and cancels the shipment of replacement parts because he couldn't find a correct zip code ... and doesn't bother to email or call to tell you your parts aren't coming.

But I'm not bitter.
