Some of my gear. The pictures were taken before I did some re-wiring and rearranging, so please don't mind the mess.
It looks a bit neater now...

And yes, that is a real 1963-4 Hofner 500/1 Beatle bass.

Well I've been playing guitar for about 7 years, but in the first few years I didn't play as often, so I'm not as good as I'd like. I play an Ibanez SZR, it's a very nice guitar, very few guitars play as nice as it. I write some lyrics but find it hard at times, I just can't get the words to come out

And yes, that is a real 1963-4 Hofner 500/1 Beatle bass.

Those are fine pieces, I see you've got a nice collection of Fenders (or Squiers or some replica?), i've always wanted to try Fenders but I can't bring myself up to like them too much.

I've been using KORG PA-60 Keyboards, Marshall Slant-Cab Half Stack amplifiers, Vox amps, and I prefer Gibson Les Pauls, Ernie Ball Music Mans, Dean Razorbacks, and Ibanez Basses, I prefer Fretless basses cause they're just so BA.

As for acoustics, I don't have much, I have a John Lennon signature Gibson acoustic, but that's about it.

The guitar on the right is a 1974 Fender Stratocaster and the one next to it is also a Fender Strat, but it's only about 7 years old. The red guitar is a Kramer American Pacer and the bass is a Fender Jazz bass. The acoustics are a Taylor and an Ovation. The Irish Bouzouki is actually made in Romania and the ukulele in the background is an Ovation. Not pictured are my Gibson mandolin, a zither and 5 stringed instruments I built from scratch. There's also a lot of other musical stuff laying around like percussion and electronic gear. I guess you might say I'm really into it.

Same here mate
I have several African-import percussions. Some Peruvian flutes, and a Neil Peart DW drum set, which I must say is the biggest money drain ever!

My 4 string, a Peavey Millenium AC BXP 4, which I've been playing for the longest and am most adept at.
My namesake instrument is actually the upright 4 string. I don't own one, sadly.

Also own:
Ovation 4 string acoustic-electric
Fender acoustic
Gibson Les Paul 6 string (vintage mahogany style) (my father's, but I play more than him)
A recently-acquired mandolin that I have yet to tinker with.

I want to buy my own ESP guitar eventually, because they don't weigh 30 pounds like the LP.

I'm used to the Les Paul's weight.
It's sort of a shoulder trainer.

I play Guitar, Banjo, Bass, and Piano. I have a Fender Strat Guitar, an Ibanez Bass, an Epiphone Banjo and, a nice Yamaha Piano. I love playing them all because I can play Alizée on 2 of them haha, the Piano and the Guitar. It's so cool.

Its heavier than my Peavey, and I don't play guitar live enough to warrant training, since my 'primary' instrument is the bass.

And why not banjo?
