Alizée has noted in several interviews that she doesn't like being short. I presume the high platform shoes are part of the desire to add a few inches. I wish I could convince her that she is beautifully proportioned at her current height, and that her persona and presence adds several inches to her perceived height.

when I posted that last thing, so whereas I may have been defending something that isn't in itself a big deal, I really just want people to quit calling them "pregnancy dresses." Besides that, I don't really care what you guys think so sorry to get anyone in a huff. No hard feelings, Roman
