I am assuming from that fact that in the 3rd pic you can see mailboxes behind them, that this cheesedick must live in the same building as her or something and he bumps into her all the time. My question is, (and if my theory is correct), why would he on multiple occasions ask Alizee to stop and take a pic? C'mon, you got your one claim to fame pic, now leave her alone. Only our Alizee has the sweet patience to put up with cheesedicks like this.
Disclaimer (Of course this is all based on my assumption, and this cheesedick may not be a cheesedick at all.
