I would say her body, women with tight small bodies drive me crazy.

If you want something specific, I'd say her hair. However, I'm not fond of her current style. Something about petite women with long straight hair is very sexy to me. I'm sure she will eventually change it. She will probably change her image again if she is working on a new album.
