My guess is Serenity will be the winner, even if a suggestion gets the top vote.

NASA's site stated:
"The name should reflect the spirit of exploration and cooperation embodied by the space station, and follow in the tradition set by Node 1- Unity- and Node 2- Harmony."

For that reason, we know Colbert wont win regardless. If they knew the meaning of Alizée's name, it might stand a chance; but doubtful.

There are lots of seafaring metaphors used in spaceflight (Florida's "space coast" for example), so Alizée's name meaning trade wind would be quite fitting I think.

And you're only half-right about solar wind. While it's not actual wind of course (like on earth), it is not "the transfer of energy given off from the sun" either (what's that supposed to mean anyway?).
