I think we simply did not make our commitment or we did not know NASA would honor its words. Otherwise, Alizee might be on the Module 3.

Well, the module is NOT named for Colbert (it got named Tranquility). However, the treadmill that's going on the module is named the Combined Operating Load Bearing Resistance Treadmill (COLBERT).
