So, they did just send out an e-mail a couple hours ago announcing the autograph signing along with saying that the album is available for pre-order.

It's funny but in my pursuit on the internet today for presentation folders, I somehow stumbled across a French American tv station in San Francisco. So I sent them a suggestion to do a special on Alizée and told them quite a bit about her. I'm sure nothing will come of it just like all the other e'mails I've sent out to other radio and tv stations. But it's worth a shot.

Here's what it said.

it was a voice mail

I called her back and apparently she was on a speaker phone with a poor connection, plus apparently French is her native language and her English isn't that great so it was very difficult communicating with her. I told her I was going to the autograph session on the 29th and she wanted me to film Alizée, but I couldn't figure out if she wanted me to ask her specific questions or what. I guess I'll just send her footage from the autograph session when I get back.

Hey Scruffy that's a great news. I hope they take this thing seriously. America (and the whole World) needs to know about this angel

Edit:

I was just wondering how popular Lilly is in Canada. Since French is the second most popular language in Canada, she must have a strong fan base there, specially in Quebec.

On a different note, how bleak are the chances of a concert in Canada? That will be much easier for most of us to attend

Dude, that's pretty cool. I assume you can still email that lady. See, the thing is, San Francisco would probably love to have had Alizée, if only Alizée could have had the interest to go there. I mean, I don't know if Alizée could make up the cost of going, but... I'm sure they'd still love to have her if she could get a band together and do a show. That's the weirdest thing. It's apparently a really big deal to get a show with her regardless of where her popularity is.
