After looking at it a little more I do think the fourth word is coeur. The third resembles other peoples "mille" so the third could be mille.

I think the third and fourth words may be "mille coeurs" ? So maybe I got a thousand hearts May not make a ton of sense to some but I'll take a thousand Lilly hearts any day So while everyone else got her kisses, I got her heart(s) lol.
