I would just have to assume that Alizée being a French woman may enjoy a little bit of French wine here and there.

Alizée has repeatedly said in interviews that she doesn't drink. So I wonder if she has been less than honest in saying that, or is this article just made up, or at least maybe they twisted some of her answers around a bit. It wouldn't be the first time the media did that.

I assume that when Alizée says she doesn't drink, she means she doesn't drink for the purpose of getting intoxicated. Meaning she may have a glass of wine with dinner on occasion and is not really counting that as drinking.
