Keep in mind also that we're old and obviously the games and bs we can do without. OP for this issue is 14 and games are borderline a necessity at that age. Just sayin'.

I would run more (doing Cross Country) but I got this major cramp in my stomach and had to call it quits. Then I had to bike home.

But my heart is badly out of shape. I was on a treadmill and was doing 6.5 mph and when I went down to 4 mph to check my BPM, it said 193
