It's very possible that when MF and LB first came into Alizee's life that she had already been well schooled in the facts of life or it could be a case when Mylene and Laurent explained to her parents what they had in mind for her, they (mom and dad) sat her down and explained the birds and the bees and all the good and the bad things that go with them, and if they explained to her that what went on in the book wasn't right, she would trust in them, so that her reading the book wouldn't really be that big a deal, but I think in general as a rule, it is wrong to give a 15 year old girl a book of this nature.

I think you need to give her a little more credit. Yes, she was young, but most girls nowadays are losing their virginity at age 14-16. Hell, the song Gourmandises is about her losing her virginity! You're acting like she was some sheltered princess, I'm sure she knew plenty about sex and life. You're over-analyzing this. The dress wasn't very flattering but it went with a theme for En Concert. You also have to consider that it was convenient for costume changes.

Anyway, Alizee was no naive little girl. She was a Madonna fan and listened to Madonna's music (no lyrics about goldfish or bubble baths). She also had a boyfriend already, so you know she knew about sex.
