Well, after they watch the video, I don't think many of them will ridicule Alizee. I'm sure there will be some haters out there. But, that's true with any other artist. I just thought it might be worth the try to get her some traffic.

I saw the videos of Rebecca Black's appearance on Leno. She seems like a nice enough person. When asked what she will do with the money, she said the proceeds will be given to help Japan, and some will be given to her school.

Personally, I would hope she would keep some for college. In any event, GOOD FOR HER!

When I posted this, I just thought "oh my, that is rather bad..." Now, I"m thinking she's not too bad (she can sing, just watch the Good Morning America interview) she's not "great", but not too bad. I just *REALLY* feel sorry for all the mean-spirited things that have been said in her thread...

I find it interesting, but only in observing the way something becomes viral. I'm not interested in the song itself. After all, many of us have hoped that this could happen to Alizée in the US, at least if it was a positive experience for her.

I'm also pleased to see a couple of 13 year old girls demonstrating how to rise above all the negative comments and do something positive with their 15 minutes of fame. But I have to admit, the song is really bad and the producers creep me out.
