It's because we abandoned him. It was alllllll about Lochte this time. That's just how America is, always wanting to knock down the people at the top. I think it hurt his feelings because it was like no one cared about him anymore. His heart wasn't in it, and I don't think he even wanted to compete this time around. But guess what, Lochte turned out to be an egotistical jerk and almost lost it for the entire team. Glad that Phelps is on top again, serves Lochte right.

WHAT ARE YOU TALKING ABOUT he won gold 4 times this Olympics and 2 silver. He won the gold for 2 events which made it 3 Olympics in a row (first person to ever do that) as well as he became the most decorated Olympian in history with the most medals and the most gold medals! That's exactly what I was thinking. Euphoria quoted an older post of mine when Phelps got a Silver and made it sound like he didn't win any golds at all.

Yes, your post was correct since you posted it when the things where happening and not looking so good .... but Euphoria's post is outdated!

Uh, why do you think I said "glad Phelps is on top again" lol. The only reason that even happened though is because Lochte is an egotistical JERK and almost lost it for us. Phelps had to step it up, like he should have in the first place. But he wasn't doing well in the beginning because people were creaming their pants over Lochte. I don't know how my post is outdated, it's quite easy to understand.
